1981:  Foundation of Constructions Mécaniques du Grimaud, CMG, by Michel MALLEIN for the maintenance of textile machines.
1983: Purchase of the 1st machining center.
1985: Purchase of the 1st turning lathe.
1990: Workshop extension by 500m2.
1995: Manufacturing of the first creels.
1995: Workshop extension by 300m2.
1999: Office extension by 120m2.
2003: Workshop extension by 500m2.
2011: Take-over of Constructions Mécaniques du Grimaud, CMG, by Jérôme PIERREMONT.

CMG currently employs 23 people on a surface of 2,500 m2.
