Quality Assurance

In order to make sure highest product quality, CMG, Constructions Mécaniques du Grimaud,  has implemented a quality assurance system.
Using its CAPM system, CMG can track its parts from the raw material receiving until the delivery of the product by following them at each step of the manufacturing process, thus making sure full product traceability.
Each work station is equipped with process-specific control facilities.
To reinforce its quality assurance, CMG has integrated an air-conditioned metrology room:

> 1 NC measuring unit ZEISS capacity X1000 Y1600 Z580
> Measurement columns,
> Surface condition measurement unit
> Metal hardness measurement unit
> Magnetism measurement unit
> Gauge block – micrometers – buffers – rings, etc....
